Unite Private Networks Announces Partnership with Farmers Cooperative
Customized solution offers an advanced fiber-optic network to multiple locations
Lincoln, NE (December 9, 2015) – Unite Private Networks (UPN), a leading provider of high-capacity, fiber-based communication networks is pleased to announce a recent partnership with Nebraska-based Farmers Cooperative. UPN is providing dedicated high speed internet connectivity to multiple Farmers Cooperative locations.
“UPN’s robust fiber-optic network provides Farmers Cooperative with advanced connectivity options and speeds upgradable to 10 Gbps,” said Stuart Howerter, Vice President of Enterprise Sales, at Unite Private Networks. “Our network is designed with enhanced reliability, security and performance, and we are excited to partner with Farmers Cooperative to provide flexible solutions to meet their ever-growing bandwidth requirements.”
“The new service is a lot more stable, faster, and provides redundancy for our locations,” said Darren Sasse, IT Manager at Farmers Cooperative. “If Dorchester’s fiber is down, all traffic is automatically routed through DeWitt’s service, which enables us to continue business as usual for our over 70 locations.”
